Secret/SSBI or higher DOD Security ClearanceIAT Level IIIWe are seeking a talented and experienced Cybersecurity Information System Security Engineer to join our team at Rollout Systems. As a Cybersecurity ISSE and IT IM professional, you will be responsible for analyzing, monitoring, and evaluating cybersecurity systems, applications, and solutions. Your role will involve implementing security controls, assessing authorization status, and ensuring compliance with Navy Risk Management Framework (RMF) policies.Rollout Systems, founded in 2001, is a full-service services and information technology company specializing in enhanced organizational performance.Key Responsibilities:Develop a cybersecurity planning framework, assess policies and plans, and develop procedures and metrics for infrastructure and information dependencies.Research and analyze cybersecurity issues, vulnerabilities, and countermeasures, and provide insights into industry trends.Evaluate compliance with Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs).Conduct cybersecurity research and analysis to develop policies, procedures, and guidance.Identify and recommend static code analysis tools and processes for vulnerability reduction.Develop recommendations on courses of action and tasks to facilitate ALE ETDM systems in attaining compliance with DoD cybersecurity and information operations directives, instructions, and policies relevant and applicable to ALE ETDM and associated data and product lifecycle systems, applications, and solutions.Provide technical inputs and attend meetings to exchange information and recommend resolutions.Required Qualifications:Strong background in cybersecurity analysis and technical evaluations.In-depth knowledge of Navy Risk Management Framework (RMF) and related policies.Experience with cybersecurity documentation and RMF packages.Proficiency in researching and analyzing cybersecurity issues and industry trends.Familiarity with Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs).Excellent communication skills and ability to provide technical inputs and recommendations.Active Secret/SSBI or Top Secret DOD Security Clearance.Preferred Qualities:Relevant IAT LEVEL III certifications, such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Certified Information Security Manager (CISM).Experience with software development lifecycle management and cybersecurity.Familiarity with DoD cybersecurity and information operations directives.If you are a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional with a passion for cybersecurity, we want to speak to you!
