What can you expect?
You will have a solid background in supporting Single-Page Applications, Microservices, and Document-style databases.
Responsibility for overseeing the maintenance and support of our MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) stack applications. This will include using monitoring tools (Datadog), change management tools (ServiceNow) and vulnerability and code scanning tools (WhiteHat, Snyk).
Leading a team of production support engineers, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the stability, availability, and performance of our applications.

We will count on you to:
Lead and mentor a team of production support engineers in maintaining and supporting our MERN stack applications in a production environment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, QA, and operations, to ensure the stability, availability, and performance of our applications.
Monitor and analyze application performance metrics to identify and resolve any performance issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues, including investigating root causes and overseeing appropriate solutions.
Develop and implement best practices for incident management, problem management, and change management processes.
Implement and maintain monitoring and alerting systems to proactively identify and address potential issues.
What you need to have:
Experience in supporting Full-Stack applications
Experience working and supporting enterprise cloud solutions
Proven leadership, people management & mentoring skills
Knowledge of ServiceNow or other Change Management tools

Microservices architecture support experience.
Expertise supporting APIs using API management.
Data & application integration using Azure Integration Services or modern middleware solutions.
DevOps, CI/CD skill set.
