Location: Bolingbrook, ILFull timeResponsibilities:Strong technical knowledge of Windows and Apple desktop operating systems.Responsible for installing, updating, and maintaining desktop and laptop hardware.Manage security patches, OS updates, and application installations.Troubleshoot a variety of technical issues including LAN/WAN connectivity, wireless access, VPN, Microsoft Office, VoIP phones, network printers, and remote desktop.CompTIA A+ Certification or MCSA is a plus.Qualifications

Strong technical knowledge of Windows and Apple desktop operating systems.Experience in installing, updating, and maintaining desktop and laptop hardware.Ability to manage security patches, OS updates, and application installations.Proven troubleshooting skills for various technical issues.CompTIA A+ Certification or MCSA is a plus.Additional Information
