We are seeking a
Program Integration Analyst
to support our program and project activities through technical analyses, reviews, and process improvements. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the integrated IMF Modernization system, its components, and related projects. This role requires data gathering, compilation of information into presentations or artifacts, and coordination of newly developed capabilities while interfacing with Delivery Partners.Key Responsibilities:Support various program and project activities with technical analyses and reviews.Ensure adherence to process improvements and standards.Analyze the impacts of the integrated IMF Modernization system and its components on ongoing projects.Gather and compile data into comprehensive presentations and artifacts.Provide program integration support, collaborating closely with Delivery Partners.Coordinate the deployment of newly developed capabilities across relevant teams.Qualifications:2-3 years of program and project management experience, preferably within large federal Information Technology (IT) organizations.Proven experience in large-scale disaster recovery modernization planning and implementation efforts across multiple inter-related IT organizations.Familiarity with all levels of OS support for Mainframe z/OS, including cloud planning and analysis.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment.Physical and Mental Qualifications:Be able to maintain awareness during scheduled working hours.Prolonged periods sitting or standing at desk and working on a computer (mouse and keyboard).Able to lift up to 15 pounds.Excellent verbal and written communication; good command of the English language.Execute tasks independently and work as a team.Learns and memories routine tasks.Strong organizational, grammar, business correspondence, and self-management skills.Candidates must be able to perform the essential functions of the position satisfactorily.
