Work closely with assigned project teamsCommunicate with the Owner, Architect/Engineer, Contractors and SuppliersAssist with monitoring and controlling project job costsAssist with coordinating the work of Contractors and expedite material deliveriesSupport the preparation of trade contracts, subcontracts and purchase order agreementsCheck and process shop drawings and product data submittalsImplement the quality assurance program and sustainable construction procedures as directedImplement and enforce Miller-Davis Company’s Safety Program and safety regulationsEducation requirements, certifications, work experience
College Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related experienceProficient computer skills, specifically with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Project, PowerPoint)Interest and potential to advance to Project Manager or Project Superintendent PositionMiller Davis Company fully and actively supports Equal Employment Opportunity.
