As a Senior Salesforce Administrator, you will provide strategic support and focus to operations through the customization and configuration of the Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom applications. The position will manage the Salesforce database and provide training and support to users. Candidates must work in-office at one of the following locations for at least 3 days per week: Omaha, NE; Sacramento, CA; Hebron, KY.For Internal Candidates:

All internal employees, regardless of their current work arrangement (remote or in-office), are encouraged to apply.In this role, you'll get to:Manage Salesforce security including roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups.Maintain and customize Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Shield, and Knowledge applications.Design, develop, test, and deploy applications.Maintain database for integrity and accuracy including data cleansing and system optimization.Monitor and improve data quality.Manage all technical resources and migration of data into Salesforce.Evaluate new releases of Salesforce to determine functionality requirements and provide detailed information on how changes will apply to all affected departments/users.Continually seek ways to further enhance the end-user experience.Manage projects designed by the business units by performing discovery, building out the database, testing, implementing, and training.Maintain and oversee governance.Understanding scale, and architecting implementations that can be expanded seamlessly.Identify and troubleshoot issues and fixes any resulting problems.Coordinate communication between departments to ensure stakeholder acceptance.Modify the system to increase benefits and usability.Proactively seek out and identify needed system changes.Assist with migration from older systems/processes into Salesforce.com.Develop process documentation and field maps.Ability to evaluate and merge different Salesforce orgs.Administer to all 3rd party applications integrated into Salesforce.Troubleshoot and debug system inefficiencies.We're looking for talent who:Has knowledge of Force.com platform.Has minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, MIS, or related field.Possess Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification or equivalent work experience.Obtain Orion Industry Certification.Has minimum of 6 years of experience in Salesforce Administration or as a Salesforce end user.Has experience integrating multiple Salesforce Orgs is a plus.Has Project Management experience is a plus.Owns and manages relationships with stakeholders directly and works effectively with people at all levels in an organization.Salary Range:

$69,723.00 - $105,276.00The pay listed in this posting indicates the estimated pay at the time of this posting; however, it may vary depending on geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
