Clearly understand the project scope, requirements, and client business, working in multidisciplinary teams with senior developers and analysts;Interface with customers, users, and other developers to define and implement solutions to meet requirements;Understand all the omnichannel products ecosystem as a Web Product Implementation Specialist for Information Technology;Work closely in all projects with all other IT teams from SW Development, Voice, Systems and Network, DBA, Solutions Design, SW QA;Participate in all phases of the product lifecycle, including design, development, coding, customization, configuration, testing, and deployment;Manage change requests, bug fixes, and troubleshoot issues;Create technical documentation for reference and reporting;Track and resolve software defects;Participate in code review meetings;Strictly adhere to our Coding Standard Document;Create Test Plans for Integration or Module Testing.What you'll need
As a Web Product Implementation Specialist for Information Technology, you’ll need a Computer Engineer Degree or similar;Previous experience as a .NET Developer (minimum 5 years), and previous experience in structured software development projects;Experience working with MS SQL Server 2012+ environments and development;Experience building C# applications, including some of ASP.Net MVC, WebApi & .Net Core;Experience writing unit and integration tests;Experience on a source control system, preferably GIT or Bitbucket;Good understanding of SQL, LINQ, and Entity Framework;Knowledge of Agile development methods and practices;Achievement-oriented and analytical ability;Customer-oriented and initiative.Teleperformance Portugal
