Full-timeRole: Technical Test Lead – Test Data ManagementDuration: Full TimeLocation: Minneapolis, MNQualificationsBasic:• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.• At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.Preferred:• 4 years of experience in Test Data Management.• 4 years of experience in test planning, test execution analysis & reporting.• Expertise in Estimations, Develop System/UAT/Regression Test Strategy, create Data Strategy and implement them.• Should have experience in Agile and DevOps methodology along with Waterfall methodology.• Knowledge of ETL tools such as Informatica, Master Data Management will be a plus.• Understanding of one or more Estimation methodologies, Knowledge of Quality processes.• Ability to work in team in diverse/multiple stakeholder environment.• Analytical skills.• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
