At ManTech International Corporation, you’ll help protect our national security while working on innovative projects that offer opportunities for advancement.Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Lead CNO Developer Test Engineer to join our team in Hanover, MD. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:As a Lead CNO Developer Test Engineer, you will work in an agile environment and leverage your skills in Systems Engineering, Test Engineering, and Networking to devise operational scenarios, performance tests, and support operations.You will be a contributing member of a small multi-disciplinary team and responsible for characterizing system behavior, analyzing performance, and contributing to readiness reviews and product release cycles.You must be able to effectively communicate with the technical team, management, and customer to keep them informed of progress, plans, and potential issues.You may be expected to collaborate with other organizations and teams to gain the necessary insight to accurately assess system performance.Basic Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technology and 5 to 7 years of relevant experience.Development experience in a CNO environment.Minimum five (5) years experience in conducting both component and system integration level testing on complex software products.Minimum five (5) years experience as a system administrator supporting computer systems running Microsoft Windows NT, UNIX, and Linux operating systems.Minimum five (5) years experience as a system administrator, supporting computer network hardware including, but not limited to Bridges, switches, routers, and gateways.Minimum five (5) years experience identifying and resolving network system issues with IT hardware such as repeaters, bridges, routers, gateways, and hubs and operating systems such as Microsoft Windows and Windows NT, Sun Solaris, and Linux.Minimum five (5) years experience in an IT engineering lab loading (file transfer via electronic storage media), installing, and maintaining the operability of commercial off-the-shelf computer and IT equipment and supporting software.Minimum five (5) years experience with computer networking protocols including, but not limited to TCP, IP, UDP, HTTP, DHCP, and DNS.Minimum five (5) years experience in C, C++, Perl, Python, or other scripting language.Experience installing, configuring, and using personal security products including host and network-based firewalls and intrusion detection systems.Preferred Qualifications:Experience testing systems that host Real-Time Operating Systems such as VxWorks, Integrity, eCos or POSIX compliant Operating Systems such as Solaris or BSD.Familiarity with SVN or GIT version control systems along with an understanding of basic Configuration Management principles.Experience with network test equipment such as Spirent/Ixia/Xena packet testers.Security Clearance Requirements:Active/Current TS/SCI with Polygraph is required to start.Physical Requirements:Ability to remain stationary for extended periods (50% of the time) and operate computer equipment and office machinery.
