IT Service Delivery Specialist Needed in Boulder, Colorado!In this onsite role, you will support the IT and Telecommunications infrastructure for multiple departments, ensuring the utilization of Hardware, Software, and Communication Systems are consistent with this company's Global IT strategy. You will be working closely with IT services including design, operations, and service desk to meet the agreed service levels. You will maintain the relationship between IT and the Business to become a recognized and valued partner for the delivery of IT Services.What Will You Need To Be Successful?
College/University degree in a related field OR experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.Minimum of 5 years' experience within IT Helpdesk environment.Previous experience in supporting clients, servers, communication equipment (preferably Cisco).VMware ESXi / VCenter knowledge.Windows Server knowledge.Cisco networking knowledge.CITRIX; MS Remote Access.Independently completes diverse tasks of the job and applies and enhances knowledge and skill in:Good communication skills.IP networking administration and services including DNS, DHCP.Security & Compliance tools (e.g., MECM, WSUS, CrowdStrike).Active Directory, GPO & policy design, and support.Microsoft Windows Operating Systems 7-10.Performs without assistance and is recognized as a specialist.This is a full-time, estimated 12-month opportunity in Boulder, Colorado.Pay Rate is between $32.00 and $44.00 per hour.*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
