MandatoryNeed to have experience with business Rules, Stored Procedures and OptimizationsStrong Experience with SQL Server 2012, 2014 and good knowledge on in-memory functions.Hands-on SQL Server development experience including DW schema design, implementation and optimizationStrong experience with SQL Data modeling and designing the data marts for different source of data.Advanced Data Modeling Skills with SQL database including good skills in designing complex queries, stored proceduresAbility to move between high level architectural review/design and the "roll up the sleeves" level of actually doing all phases of a solution delivery projectStrong working experience with SSIS, SSRS and/or SSASExperience with any of the following is a plus: Cloud IaaS/PaaS, Azure, Cloud Integration etc.Responsible for performance tuning of database functions, SQL queries, and stored procedures to ensure scalability demands are satisfied.A deep understanding of, and experience using and explaining all aspects of, relational database design, multidimensional database design, OLTP, OLAP, KPIs, Scorecards, and DashboardsExperience leading technical discussions on data warehouse appliance technology (hardware, software, database, storage).Gather and document functional and technical requirements, and translate requirements into reporting solutions, analytic tools and dashboardsDevelop solutions patterns, data flow diagrams, data models and architectural specificationsIntegration experience with ETL (Working Experience with SAP BODS is a plus)Understanding of Big Data, Hadoop eco systems is a plusKnowledge and work experience developing solutions using Programming language like Java, C++, Python is a plusExperience in integration with Analytical Tool such as Tableau / Business Objects is a plusKnowledge of the Data and Analytics and Agile Implementation LifecycleClient-centric mentality: reliable, professional, exceeds expectationsAble to handle projects independently and manage client expectations and deliverables in a timely mannerAbility to lead a team of 3 - 5 consultants and mentor junior consultantsExcellent organizational skills to work in a fast-paced environment and manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneouslyDemonstrated skill at presenting complex development topics to technical and business usersQualifications
