12+ monthsResponsibilities:
Work in a DevOps model to define, develop, maintain, and support products.Define and conform to continuous deployment and continuous integration.Interpret internal/external business issues and recommend complete solutions based on best practices and proven technologies.Monitor reporting/alarming tools, KPIs, look for issues, errors, inconsistencies, anomalies, etc. to ensure nominal system health.Support outages during business/non-business hours, work with NOC teams to identify issues.Experience performing daily defect triage and reviewing defects with multiple teams and managing the defect through its lifecycle.Attend Scrum meetings, sprint planning sessions, and follow Agile methodologies.Keep documentation up to date, including M&Ps, design documents, and wiki documents.Demonstrate excellent written and verbal skills and the ability to clearly articulate ideas, analysis, and issues to team, stakeholders, and management.Solve complex problems. Take a broad perspective to identify innovative solutions.Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.Additional Information
