Responsibilities
Assist in the maintenance and daily management of the NetSuite application. Monitor, troubleshoot, and provide day-to-day support to our business team members to ensure smooth order processing.Implement integrations for new EDI partners including new distribution and trade partners and other business systems.Develop, test, and deploy customizations including custom objects, workflows, and scripts based on evolving business needs. Ensure compatibility for enhancements to current EDI ecosystem projects.Responsible for technical requirements, system configuration, data integrity, and all system-related policies and procedures. Coordinate and perform quality unit testing and coordinate end user testing for all new development.Train users on the NetSuite application, providing support to users and maintaining proper system access; and support end user technical requests.Qualifications
Proven experience as a business systems analyst in a manufacturing environment.Minimum of 3 years of experience with financial reporting systems as an administrator or developer. 2-4 years of NetSuite preferred.Minimum of 3 years of experience as a business analyst or similar role supporting the development of APIs, EDI/integration technologies.Hands-on experience and understanding of different types of EDI/API technologies, such as JSON, XML, ANSI X12, and Flat file layouts required.Strong attention to detail and demonstrated capabilities in data governance and agile development principles.Experience in the Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) industry is a plus; Food or another lot-controlled inventory preferred.Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.Excellent analytical, mathematical, and creative problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Additional Information
JDE USA, a fast-growing tea and coffee company headquartered in Maynard, MA, is expanding our team with a new NetSuite EDI Analyst role, reporting to the Director IT, Business Applications. As the NetSuite Analyst for JDE USA, you will be a subject matter expert for data in NetSuite, managing data flows in and out, automation, and workflows. Responsibilities of this role involve supporting the optimization of the current NetSuite architecture to meet growing business needs globally. You will work with all departments within JDE USA to improve the functionality within NetSuite to meet the demands of each job function within our organization. You will troubleshoot issues and define and document best practices and processes and help to train and motivate staff to use best practices in ERP.
