Equestrian Facility & Horse Care Staff (full-time)

Chagrin Valley Farms Equestrian Center in Chagrin Falls, OH is seeking a hard-working, reliable employee to add to our facilities and horse care team in a full-time role. At Chagrin Valley Farms, we greatly value and invest in our farm staff team that provides the foundation of the farm's success by ensuring our facility is safe and clean for all members of our community, and that our horses are well cared for and living in a healthy environment.Job Duties & Responsibilities:Feeding and turning out horsesCleaning stallsOperating farm equipment, including tractorsGeneral cleaningFarm maintenanceHours may vary but are generally 6:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. One weekend day of availability is required.Experience Desired:Horse experience/previous farm staff experience with horses preferred but will train a serious candidateJob Requirements:Physical requirements include prolonged standing, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and climbingCandidates must have reliable transportation to/from the farmCompensation and Benefits:$15.00 / hour starting wage, negotiable with prior experience and opportunities for pay increasesWork clothing providedBenefits available for full-time employeesHorse care and safety training and continuing education opportunities for motivated team membersAdditional income opportunities related to farm work and event-supportCome join our team at one of the premier horse farms in northern Ohio!
