Quantum Control's comprehensive suite of modules streamlines business processes while optimizing a company's operational performance.Job SummaryIn this role as a Software Development Manager, you will lead an agile team assigned to our core ERP product, Quantum, and a few of its satellite systems. During this time, you will be faced with the challenge of integrating with several other products, as well as fixing, updating, and enhancing existing systems. Our system works heavily with Oracle, .Net, Delphi and Java. This is a hands-on, full stack position where we want someone who is focused, and passionate about software development who can review and steer both process and engineering best practices. Flexibility is key and you must be open to taking on new and old technologies alike while supporting our existing customer base.We expect all our team members to contribute towards building a culture of continuous learning and improvement. As like many of our team, if you are selected, with hard work, a continued quest for knowledge, and a knack for troubleshooting, there are endless possibilities for growth and development.RequirementsDevelopment Management experience - 5 yearsBachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.Highly proficient with 8+ years of development experience in one or more of these technologies:Oracle including PSQLMicrosoft development stack including C#, ASP .Net and Visual Studio.JavaExperience in Delphi a plusSolid understanding of the following topics:Agile / ScrumCustomer support / escalation processProduct operation, monitoring and CI/CD / DevOpsPerformance scalingTest AutomationObject-oriented design and/or architectural patternsCompensation:
