Data Analyst

TekPro Support Services, LLC is hiring for a Data Analyst. The Data Analyst supports project documentation and procedures for their command station.Responsibilities:Review internal investigations checklist and ensure all required documents are uploaded accurately within the correct database.Respond to email and telephone inquiries related to internal department matters.Analyze user needs to determine functional requirements for a wide variety of projects.Research, identify, and assist in the formulation of recommendations about resources required for task execution and completion.Assist with the development of new systems or updates to existing systems to meet client needs.Write and update project documentation including system procedures and training materials, including Line of Duty (LOD)/INCAP Pay Processing.Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree or related field/equivalent combination of education, technical training/work experience.Typically requires 3-5 years of directly related experience in a specific functional area.TekPro Support Services, LLC (TSS) offers a competitive benefits package to include paid holidays, paid time off including sick and vacation leave, medical, dental and vision insurance, flexible spending accounts, short and long term disability, company paid life insurance, 401(k) with a company match and discretionary profit sharing and tuition reimbursement.TSS is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
