In this role, you are instrumental in delivering consistent, high quality data standards that will span our global supply chain organizations and systems. Working with Supply Chain leaders, you will help craft design documentation to enable colleagues around the world harness the power of data. You will partner with sector and project-level Data teams across the Supply Chain organization to ensure new SC investments meet our global requirements for highly mature design governance. We seek a creative problem solver who will bring forth new insights, challenge the status quo, and deliver innovative, elegant solutions to enable our business through the effective use of technology across our supply chain and sourcing organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

Champion Data governance for Supply Chain, ensuring key requirements are met within evolving toolsets. Flourish with driving consistency and comprehensiveness in large datasets.Provide domain expertise in metadata governance, understanding regulatory, compliance, privacy and security requirements.Communicate the data governance vision throughout the enterprise to bring the business opportunity to life.Develop metrics and analytics to measure compliance and progress, recommending and implementing optimization solutions.Partner with technical teams to deliver results within new toolsets.Ensure customer centricity within the solutions, ensuring optimized capabilities closely tied to our customers needs.Qualifications:

Education:

A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree required; area of focus in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or Information Technology preferred.Experience and Skills:

Required:

A minimum of 2 years relevant experience either in supply chain or data management is required.Hands on experience managing data sets, preferably SAP or similar programs is required.Experience working with analytical tools.Demonstrated ability to lead & get things done through influence versus direct line responsibility is required.Preferred:

Solid understanding of supply chain is preferred.Understanding of underlying supply chain systems.Capabilities handling datasets, including querying & automation softwares.Process Excellence or Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.Other:

Up to 10% of travel both domestically and internationally may be required.The salary for this role is anticipated to be between $60,000 and $88,000.Employees and/or eligible dependents may be eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance.Employees may be eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive program.Employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:Vacation – up to 120 hours per calendar year.Sick time - up to 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington – up to 56 hours per calendar year.Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays – up to 13 days per calendar year.Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year.Johnson & Johnson is an Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity Employer.
