The Sales Assistant is responsible for providing administrative and clerical services in order to ensure effective and efficient administrative operations.

While this role is considered remote, candidates should be located in the Northern California area. Our teams are able to collaborate using video and screen sharing technology which means you'll feel like you’re part of the team while also enjoying the convenience of working from home.

REQUIRED RESPONSIBILITIES

Specific activities may change from time to time.Answer phones and direct calls and respond to inquiries.Type agendas for meetings/trainings and prepare meeting packages.Compile and maintain an up-to-date telephone directory of numbers and addresses.Analyze, document and track trends and internal service levels.Develop and maintain positive business relationships with both internal and external clients.Attend/participate in meetings and work on special projects as directed.Maintain relationships with facility management and vendors.Operates as backup for essential functions as requested by manager.Occasional overtime or extended hours as needed.Physical requirements include sitting or standing for up to eight hours a day, bending over and filing for several hours a week, close and distant vision and the ability to lift 25 pounds.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.High school diploma or GED and 2 – 3 years of customer service or administrative experience.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Exceptional analytical and critical thinking and problem-solving skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.Comfortable with Sales teams and engaging with external clients if needed.The starting hourly wage for this position is $25.00 - $28.00.General Description of Available Benefits for Eligible Employees of Truist Financial Corporation: All regular teammates (not temporary or contingent workers) working 20 hours or more per week are eligible for benefits, though eligibility for specific benefits may be determined by the division of Truist offering the position.
