Job Overview:We are seeking a highly experienced
SAP S4 Program Manager
with a strong background in the
public sector
to oversee and drive a critical implementation project. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing large-scale SAP S4 HANA programs and experience navigating the complexities of public sector projects. This role requires excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills, as well as the ability to ensure the successful delivery of the program on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation of SAP S4 HANA for a public sector client.
Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure program success.
Work closely with stakeholders, including government representatives, to gather requirements, provide status updates, and ensure alignment with public sector needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including SAP consultants, business analysts, and technical experts, to deliver the program's objectives.
Manage risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies to address project challenges.
Ensure compliance with public sector regulations and standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Provide leadership and mentorship to the project team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
Qualifications:
Experience:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in
SAP Program Management , with a focus on SAP S4 HANA implementations.
Proven experience managing
public sector projects , including understanding of government processes, compliance requirements, and stakeholder management.
Experience in driving large-scale SAP transformations in complex environments.
Skills:
Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Ability to manage program budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
Problem-solving mindset with a focus on driving results and ensuring project success.
Travel:
Willingness to travel up to
50% , as required for project needs.
Preferred Qualifications:
SAP S4 HANA certification.
Prior experience working with state or federal government agencies.
