Job Title: Senior SAP BPC – Consolidation Analyst and Administrator

Non-local candidates must be willing to pay for your own interview travel expenses and relocation costs.Job DescriptionRole: Senior SAP BPC – Consolidation Analyst and AdministratorDuration: 24 MonthsRate: $75/hrKey responsibilities include (but are not limited to):Active participation in all aspects of the project lifecycle, including gathering requirements, Gap Analysis and blueprinting, system configuration, customization, testing, documenting, deployment and training end-users on SAP BPC 10.1 (Consolidations), SAP HANA with ABAP and SQL Scripting, exposure to SAP embedded BW for planning, Good Knowledge on BOBJ – Analysis for Office.Support legacy systems data loads into SAP BW/HANA and reporting.Build strong relationships with key business partners and collaborate effectively to resolve issues around the business processes.Drive performance of vendors and manage delivery of projects, ensuring quality and budgets are maintained.Manage Application Management Support teams, working across geographies to ensure company SLA’s are met and customer experience is good.Write or review Functional and Technical design specifications.Perform IT Administration tasks independently in SAP BPC 10.1 (Consolidations), SAP HANA with ABAP and SQL Scripting, exposure to SAP embedded BW for planning, Good Knowledge on BOBJ – Analysis for Office areas.Investigate, analyze and solve software problems and map business requirements for reporting and consolidations functionality.Responsible for monthly, quarterly, board and audit committee reporting and analysis.Document and review business processes of the affected functional areas to aid in the development of an implementation, support and testing plan.Support CFO’s direct reports with ad hoc financial analysis and projects.Assist with corporate annual financial planning and consolidation reporting process.Identify and develop ways to continually improve processes, the level of service to our business customers and the value to senior management.Support and drive integration testing along with the execution of user acceptance testing.Develop work instructions and user documentation, providing training as required to key users.Communicate status, issues and impacts to both the team leader and the user community.Other duties as assigned.Required Qualifications:Strong knowledge in SAP BPC 10.1, SAP HANA (with ABAP and SQL Scripting), exposure to SAP embedded BW for planning, Good Knowledge on BOBJ – Analysis for Office.10+ years in Accounting/Finance reporting role(s).Exposure to SAP treasury modules and reporting experience.3 years experience as a Lead managing delivery and support.Expertise in Excel, PowerPoint and Word.Advanced working knowledge of financial reporting and enterprise planning.Strong communications and consulting skills; ability to clearly and concisely describe system functionality and support business users in the use of the system.Organizational skills, with proven experience prioritizing work and coordinating multiple projects concurrently.Strong focus on detail and accuracy with the ability to take on full ownership of assigned work.Exceptional problem solving, critical thinking and customer service skills.Position requires international travel (up to 10%).Ability to multi-task project activities with minimal supervision.Ability to provide on-call support out of hours.Demonstrated project team participation in SAP implementations are a plus.Equal Opportunity Employer
