Go-To-Market Program Manager
to join our Revenue Operations team. In this role, you will work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to manage, optimize, and scale our Go-To-Market (GTM) initiatives. You will play a critical role in aligning teams, resources, and activities to ensure the successful execution of strategic programs that drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency.You bring with you a history of driving Program Management adoption within an organization. You know what great looks like and know how to drive change within an organization to push them to best practices.The base compensation range for this position, not including the company bonus, is: $100,700 - $123,500What you'll be doing:Program Management:
Lead and manage a variety of GTM programs, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives and timelines.Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless execution of GTM initiatives, with a focus on optimizing the entire customer lifecycle.Revenue Enablement:
Partner with revenue enablement and operations teams to ensure GTM strategies are executed consistently and are well-supported by tools, data, and insights.Project Execution:
Manage the end-to-end execution of high-impact initiatives, including campaign launches, product rollouts, and market expansions.Performance Tracking:
Establish KPIs and partner with RevOps to build metrics to measure the success of GTM initiatives, providing regular updates and actionable insights to leadership.Change Management:
Drive adoption of new processes, tools, and practices within the sales, marketing, and customer success organizations, ensuring a smooth transition.Stakeholder Management:
Communicate project status, risks, and opportunities to key stakeholders across the organization, ensuring visibility and alignment.What we're looking for:Experience:
5+ years of experience in program management, revenue operations, or a related role within a high-growth technology company. Experience working with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams is a must.Project Management:
Proven track record of managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects with cross-functional teams.Strategic Thinking:
Ability to think strategically while managing execution and delivering results.Data-Driven:
Strong analytical skills with experience in developing metrics, tracking progress, and making data-driven decisions.Communication:
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.Tools:
Familiarity project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira).Problem Solving:
A proactive problem-solver with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive projects forward in a fast-paced environment.Collaboration:
