Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.CM planning, identification, change control, status accounting, and audit.Work with internal and external customers to analyze CM issues.Work with internal and external customers to analyze and support audits and corrective actions.Provide advice and guidance on methods, procedures, and requirements to individuals responsible for the creation of documentation.Review metrics and perform audits to ensure CM processes and procedures are efficient and effective.Coordinates, directs, and monitors deep dive and root cause analysis to identify opportunities to improve process and create efficiency.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Qualifications:

Understanding of principles of EIA-649.At least 12-18+ years of CM experience.Associate’s degree or CM certification.Working knowledge of CMMi.SharePoint experience.JIRA experience.Microsoft Office experience.*US Citizenship Required*Top Secret Clearance Required#LI-MS1#MTSI
