Oversee all aspects of Institutional Research and Reporting for Trine University. In addition to internal data reporting, this position will assist with HLC, IPEDS, and various other external accreditation and federal and state reporting. This position will provide support activities for the Office for Academic Affairs.Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Partner with the Office of Academic Affairs to provide support with institutional accreditation reporting (HLC).Responsible for IPEDS reporting.Manage various multi-state reporting, including ICI census and Academic Program Inventory updates.Responsible for surveys for non-federal reporting including Common Data Set.Responsible for internal Official Enrollment Reports each semester.Responsible for statistical reporting for the Executive Director of Assessment and Accreditation.Responsible for Open Door survey in conjunction with the Office of International Services.Responsible for NCAA graduation rate survey.Manage MIAA Honor Roll reporting.Write and run queries using Infomaker to access and retrieve data from Jenzabar.Manage the distribution of reports and submission of data as needed to all areas of the University, such as reporting data for academic departmental accreditation and other reports.Complete statistical data and ad hoc reporting for upper administration, academic, athletics, and support departments.Process monthly National Student Clearinghouse submissions.Manage and report on retention statistics.Prepare and submit required reports for Independent Colleges of Indiana.Prepare Greek GPA rankings each semester, with data entry assistance from Student Services.Prepare and submit the SARA and NC-SARA data for approval.Other duties as assigned.Education and/or Experience
