Our client is a manufacturer of specialty chemicals in search of a Project Engineer for their facility near Louisville, KY.Responsibilities include:Define, evaluate, and execute site capital projects for performance improvement.Create and manage project bids, budgets, and schedules for multiple projects, each at various stages.Responsible for selection of supplies/services needed for capital projects.Monitor project progress to ensure on time and on budget completion.Provide technical assessments and engineering support as needed.Job Requirements
Qualifications include:BS in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or other relevant technical degree.3+ years of experience working as a Project Engineer in a chemical plant.Must have experience managing projects from conception to completion.Experience in a PSM regulated facility is preferred.Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing methodologies.*Due to the high volume of applications, only those qualified for the position will be contacted.Meet Your Recruiter
