If you thrive in a collaborative work environment and enjoy utilizing a diverse tech stack, then this opportunity is tailor-made for you!Your contributions are…Work with analyst & operator customers to identify new open-source data collection opportunitiesPerform initial R&D and write Python-based workflows to collect against open-source data repositories to demonstrate mission opportunity & valueUnderstand & improve existing collection workflows and work with SA/SE teams to increase resiliency, uptime, and data qualityParse JSON, CSV, and similar data formatsKnowledge of web-based architectures, NoSQL database technology, data ingest tools (e.g. Apache NiFi), search tools, and/or web-UI frameworksRequirements for your new career…Bachelor's degree in a technical field. (Additional 4 years of experience may substitute degree)3 years of experience in software developmentExperience with Java, Git, and Maven (or similar build automation/dependency management tools)Proficiency in at least one of the following: JavaScript frameworks (Vue.Js, React, Angular, etc.), Spring (Boot, Rest/MVC), NoSQL DBs (Mongo, Elasticsearch, Redis, Graph DB, etc.), and/or Apache NiFiExperience with development in Linux environmentWillingness to learnBenefits of becoming a Visionist:We are a
