Position Title:IT SAP DBT & Principal Architect
Position Location:Florist Tower, 5757 N Green Bay Avenue, Glendale, WI 53209
Hybrid (in-office/remote) position
Travel:10% domestic travel required
Days / Hours:Mon – Fri / 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Summary of Duties:Analyze, design, and develop Enterprise SAP templates to implement and improve computer systems processes with focus on sales, distribution and accounts receivable modules. Translate functional requirements into technical designs and reviews computer systems capabilities, workflow and scheduling limitations. Test applications, configure templates, and ensure solution designs meet business requirements. Review functionality of SAP processes, analyze and apply best practices to Enterprise ERP Order to Cash template. Deploy OTC enterprise template including all phases of the systems development life cycle. Translate business process, master data requirements, and functional knowledge into technical requirements. Utilize experience with SAP ERP SD system implementation and business support. Performs SAP SD system configuration. Implement IT systems within SAP ERP areas including OTC Master Data, order management, pricing, outbound logistics, customer billing, output determination, account determination, international trade and exports. Perform business process reengineering and process improvement, involving broad-based information systems. Perform EDI and IDoc integration. Design, test, and document system configuration and technical specifications.
Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field of study and 10 years of experience in Management Information Systems. Employer will accept a Master’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field of study and 7 years of experience in Management Information Systems in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 10 years of experience.
Applicants must have demonstrated experience with:
SAP functional skills to include SAP ABAP, SAP MDG and SAP HANA;
SAP Solution architecture capabilities with cross functional experience around OTC/PTP/RTR;
Multiple end-to-end SAP project implementations with multiple rollouts, upgrades, testing and support project experience in automotive, medical device, manufacturing, and pharmaceutical industry verticals;
Handling multiple projects and priorities with an onsite and offshore delivery model;
Project estimation, dynamic projects scheduling, and project delivery;
Designing product architecture, SAP systems integration, and application design;
Testing tools Viz, quality center and support management systems like global request, SAP best practices, or ASAP methodology;
Cross-module integration knowledge with material management (MM), production planning (PP), warehouse management (WM), extended warehouse management (EWM), Finance (FI) and costing.
