Principal Technical Program Manager, Fintech

Responsibilities:Lead multi-year programs to deliver financial systems from concept through execution.Work with multiple engineering teams to define technical architecture.Collaborate with customers across Tax, Accounting, FinOps, and others to define and orchestrate scope, work streams, timing, milestones, and communication plans.Influence organization roadmap priorities, system owners, and technical direction.Represent trade-off decisions and solutions clearly to senior leaders.Dive deep with the development team and challenge the design as needed.Facilitate the development of detailed project plans and timelines.Ensure technical teams deliver to customer requirements.Drive leadership alignment and communication of progress across teams.Minimum Requirements:10+ years of engineering experience.7+ years of technical product or program management experience.5+ years of software development experience.8+ years of hands-on work managing complex technology projects.Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams and building sustainable processes.Amazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace. The base pay for this position ranges from $159,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $275,300/year in our highest geographic market.
