As an AWS Cloud Architect, you will be responsible for architecting cloud-centric solutions based on customers’ needs and leading the cloud engineering team on varied customer projects. At SnapSoft, we perform end-to-end delivery from architecture design to implementation, where you can be part of constructing the cloud infrastructure of international companies, mainly in fintech, aviation, telco and edtech industries. With your expertise, you will help our customers achieve and maintain robust availability, resilience and scalability in their cloud-based products while ensuring their infrastructure's security and compliance.What you’ll be doing:
Architecting complex AWS infrastructures and zero-day compliant landing zonesUnderstanding customers’ business problems and providing technology consulting to identify the best-fit solutionOwning the end-to-end solution as a key decision-maker and driving the delivery teamDescribing infrastructures using Terraform (Terragrunt) or AWS CloudFormationMigrating customer workloads from on-prem/GCP/Azure/Heroku environmentsReviewing and remediating customers’ cloud solutions applying AWS Well-Architected Framework’s principles and best practicesDesigning, building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines in multiple integration and test environmentsStaying up-to-date with the AWS innovations and achieving Professional/Specialty level certifications based on personal interestContributing to AWS Competency and Service Delivery Program to support SnapSoft’s AWS Partner journeyYou are looking for us, if you have:
A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field4+ years of experience in designing, deploying, and managing cloud infrastructure using AWS3+ years of experience in at least one Infrastructure as a Code technology like Terraform (preferred), AWS CloudFormation, Ansible, AWS CDK or similar3+ years of experience in building and managing CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab, Bitbucket or similar)2+ years of experience in creating and running container-based applications using Docker and Kubernetes/EKSStrong understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, load balancers, firewalls, VPN) and related AWS Services (CloudFront, API Gateway, VPC, Route 53, ELB)Strong understanding of security concepts (IAM, PoLP, Access Control, Endpoint Security, Data Encryption)In-depth knowledge of standard AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, ECSExcellent problem-solving skills for use-case-specific architecture design and implementationStrong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environmentAWS Professional/Specialty Certification is preferredWhat we offer
