Strategic Analytix is a privately held minority owned, small-business headquartered in Fulton, MD just outside of Baltimore and Washington D.C.About the roleStrategic Analytix is looking for a skilled Program Integrator who shall assist individual program managers, initiative leads, and PEO leadership with monitoring and reporting on the overall health of programs, initiatives, and/or a portfolio. The Program Integrator will perform holistic analysis across multiple contracts and government activities to identify cost, schedule and performance concerns for a program or initiative. The Program Integrator will complete acquisition and program documents such as TTOs, Statements of Work (SOWs), Program Management Plans (PMPs), and Acquisition Strategies. Prepare presentations to report analysis findings as well as program/portfolio status.What you'll doProgram Integrator (PI) Requirements
Assist the Government Program Manager (GMP) and initiative leads with resource planning, tracking, and providing acquisition support on functions of program management.Prepare and support delivery of presentations to assist with program and initiative status review.Analyze financial execution and projection reports from vendors, address anomalies regarding contract performance and reporting and provide recommendations to the GPM.Provide financial and summary reports on program elements recommending funding adjustments where appropriate while assisting with allocation and tracking of resources.Utilize program management tools to assist with planning, documenting, executing, tracking, and reporting of all program details.Attend contract reviews to assist with cost estimating, monitoring program outcomes.Assist in the production and development of NSA financial execution reports and program acquisitions documentation.Prepare point papers, briefing charts, spreadsheets, and perform data analysis using MS Excel with pivot tables, slicers, and pivot charts to present data clearly and effectively.Aid in creating various funding reports showing execution, total available costs, timeline, statuses, important milestones, performance, etc.Assist GPM and leads in resource planning and tracking.Prepare and support delivery of briefings to assist with program and initiative status reviews.
QualificationsClearance Level
TS/SCI level clearance with a Full Scope Polygraph.
Skill Level 1Experience
Four (4) years of demonstrated combined experience in DoD program management, contract management, and/or financial management.
Education:Bachelor’s Degree with a Business or Technical Focus is required.In lieu of a degree, Project Management Institute PMP certification, Contract Manager CPCM certification, or DAWIA Level II in any focus area, and an additional three (3) years of directly related experience for a total of seven (7) years may be substituted.In lieu of certification, an additional two (2) years of directly related experience for a total of nine (9) years may be substituted.Skill Level 2Experience:
Eight (8) years of demonstrated combined experience in DoD program management, contract management, and/or financial management.
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree with a Business or Technical Focus is required.In lieu of a degree, Project Management Institute PMP certification, Contract Manager CPCM certification, or DAWIA Level II in any focus area, and an additional three (3) years of directly related experience for a total of eleven (11) years may be substituted.In lieu of certification, an additional two (2) years of directly related experience for a total of thirteen (13) years may be substituted.
Skill Level 3:Experience:
Twelve (12) years of demonstrated combined experience in DoD program management, contract management, and/or financial management.
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree with a Business or Technical Focus is required.In lieu of a degree, Project Management Institute PMP certification, Contract Manager CPCM certification, or DAWIA Level II in any focus area, and an additional three (3) years of directly related experience for a total of fifteen (15) years may be substituted.In lieu of certification, an additional three (3) years of directly related experience for a total of eighteen (18) years may be substituted.
ToolsProficiency in Microsoft Excel is preferred.
