Data Integration Lead Analyst - C13 - TAMPA/ New York

The Data Integration Lead Analyst is responsible for facilitating and executing the day-to-day activities that support the execution, enablement, and adoption of the Data Transformation Plan and/or support of use cases through collaboration with Functions, Regions, and Lines of Business. An ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines, strong interpersonal skills, and project management expertise are required. The role requires sound analytical skills to filter, prioritize, and validate complex and dynamic material from various sources to support business requirement documents, data issues, and analysis.Responsibilities:Manage relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, including the day-to-day execution activities and meetings.Examine and evaluate project status, including identifying potential risks and issues that need escalation or change and proposing solutions to project leads.Determine appropriateness and guide revisions/refinement of presentation content and materials for Governance forums.Manage day-to-day activities related to the overall program/project and associated dependencies; allocate/coordinate work within the team or project group.Support resolution of project issues by offering solutions to complex problems and by interpreting and advising on policies, guidelines, or processes.Liaise with multiple Data teams/departments, serving as a subject matter expert for planning and analysis of project deliverables and processes.Independently conduct analysis and execute tasks that contribute to work streams focusing on a broad range of data initiatives including data requirements, issues management, Data Quality rules, lineage, Data Governance, and taxonomy.Develop and articulate business requirements and map current and future state processes.Contribute tactically to strategic design and process improvement project implementation across lines of business and functions working with Technology, Operations, and other support organizations.Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct, and business practices, and escalating, managing, and reporting control issues with transparency.Qualifications:6-10 years relevant experience in Banking or Finance preferred.Experience in managing and implementing successful projects.Ability to be nimble and adjust priorities as needed.Possess a comprehensive understanding of how own area and others collectively integrate to contribute towards achieving business objectives.Familiarity with data concepts.Communicate effectively; develop and deliver multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences; able to drive consensus and influence relationships at all levels.Education:Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience; Master's degree preferred.Job Family Group:
