Urology Opportunity
* Join cohesive group of two experienced urologists and three APPs* Hospital employed in a not-for-profit healthcare system* General urology; cases and resources available for niche subspecialties* Urology services include advanced robotic surgery, endoscopic surgery, pediatrics, minimally invasive office procedures, percutaneous stone surgery, advanced prostate cancer treatment, on top of bread-and-butter urology* Vast referral network and patient base, hit the ground running* Call shared with urologists and APPs* Perioperative support provided by APPs within the practice* Level II Trauma Center* Supportive administration that focuses on physician well-being* Balanced work schedule with dedicated clinic and OR days* Two da Vinci robots* Block OR Schedule* Cerner Electronic Medical Records* Strong compensation structure with a 2-year guaranteed base salary plus wRVU production incentive, signing bonus, and relocation reimbursement* Comprehensive health benefits, PTO, dental, disability, and retirement* Employer paid malpractice and CME* Visa sponsorship available* Medical School offers training in 10 residency and 14 fellowship programs with over 250 residents / fellows on campus working alongside 400 providers in 75 areas of primary and specialty care* 750 plus bed healthcare network includes two teaching hospitals and a Pediatric hospital committed to improving the health of over 1 million children and adults* Academic appointment commensurate with experience and training* Competitive compensation with generous benefits package with moving expense, signing bonus and retirement plan
