Seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to drive large scale Infrastructure programs for building Oracle’s Cloud Infrastructure. Preferred candidates will need to have a mix of technical experience and business acumen.We are the Security Products Group within Oracle’s Cloud Infrastructure organization. As a Senior Technical Program Manager in Security Products, you will be responsible for driving projects that help our customers secure their data. These projects often span across multiple service teams within our organization and are important to our business. This role also includes process documentation, upward and downward reporting, and managing issues/risk mitigation. You will work closely with Security Engineering, Management, and Software teams.Preferred Qualifications:Strong understanding of Cloud InfrastructureExperience driving large-scale projects in other Public Cloud providers or TelcosHeavy expertise in managing complex programs spanning across multiple functions/teamsExperience with continuous improvement or Kaizen processesStrong verbal and written communication skills, detail-orientedMust be willing to work in a fast-paced environment and adjust to changing priorities while maintaining a can-do attitudeSelf-starter who can work independently while applying sound business judgment to solve complex issuesProject Management MethodologiesBachelor’s degree plus 7 years of work experience in related industry or 10 years of work experience in a related industryResponsibilities:Manage the development and implementation process of specific company products involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on delivery.Plan and direct schedules and monitor budget/spending.Monitor the project from initiation through delivery.Organize interdepartmental activities ensuring project completion on schedule and within budget constraints.Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction.Work is non-routine and very complex, involving advanced technical/business skills and project management methodologies. Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area.
