We are excited you are considering Duck Creek as a future employer and hope you decide to join “The Flock”!WHAT YOU’LL DOWe are seeking a skilled Data Engineer to lead the migration of an existing Oracle-based data warehouse to a Snowflake platform. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Snowflake, Oracle PL/SQL, and cloud-based data architectures. The role involves assessing the current data infrastructure, designing migration strategies, and implementing modern data marts on Snowflake to optimize reporting and analytics for business users. Responsible for overseeing and leading teams to deliver project(s) for clients.Experienced in

Snowflake : Basic understanding of architecture, use of Snow sight, query building, and profiling.Proficiency in

Linux ,

Docker , and

Python

(for auto tests purposes).Ability to read and debug

Oracle PL/SQL

to assist in migrating standard reports from Oracle to Snowflake.Familiarity with

Git

and experience working in a

- Information Technology or Computer Science.Experience with cloud platforms like

AWS

Azure .Knowledge of data security, governance, and compliance standards.Certifications in

Snowflake

or

Oracle

databases.Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Behaviors:3+ years of experience

in data engineering, including working with

Snowflake

and

Oracle .Strong expertise in

PL/SQL ,

Python , and SQL performance tuning.Hands-on experience with

Linux ,

Docker , and containerization.Familiarity with

Git

and CI/CD workflows for automated testing and deployment.Experience designing and building

data marts

and implementing ETL processes.Strong understanding of data modeling, warehousing, and migration processes.Other Requirements:Travel:
