From systems architecture development to system analysis and optimization, astrodynamics, orbital debris, navigation, failure analysis, mission assurance, cost and schedule assessment, and economic market analysis, SED exploits an incredibly broad array of engineering and business disciplines against a diverse and dynamic portfolio of programs and national challenges.The Systems Performance, Estimation, and Algorithms Department (SPEAD) performs concept development, systems engineering, architecture analysis, algorithm development and evaluation support for national security space customers emphasizing Radar, Electro-Optical (EO) and Infrared (IR) sensors, missile warning/missile tracking/missile defense (MW/MT/MD) missions, Electronic Warfare (EW), space domain awareness (SDA), and space protection and security.The

Space Systems Analyst (Senior Member of Technical Staff - Modeling & Simulation and Signal & Image Process Engineering)

will provide analytical support, algorithm development, systems engineering and architecting, and modeling and simulation analysis for space surveillance systems, space protection and space threat susceptibility, vulnerability analysis and resiliency assessment. Candidate will interact directly with government customers as well as Aerospace program office personnel in the El Segundo, CA, Colorado Springs, CO, Chantilly, VA and Huntsville, AL, areas and collaborate closely with Engineering and Technology Group (ETG) and program office personnel in other locations.Work Model:

5 years or more experience in the development, modeling and simulation, analysis and evaluation of MW/MT space systems
