Charlotte, NC – In-office 3 days a week, remote 2 days a week.As a Client Operations Specialist, you will:Validate requests from internal teams and confirm authorization abilities.Execute authentication procedures and verify wire instructions.Accurately close out requests and document actions.Handle escalated requests and work collaboratively with partners to resolve complex issues.Participate in monthly regression testing when updates are rolled out on internal systems.An ideal candidate should have:Previous experience in a client-facing or call center role.Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel (including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs).Strong verbal communication skills for effective client interactions and issue resolution.Experience in regression testing is a plus.Strongly preferred due to the nature of request validation and financial transactions.Qualified candidates should
