What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):Conduct Cybersecurity risk assessments and develop remediation plans based on industry best practicesDesign and maintain the Cybersecurity controls testing program, ensuring alignment with policies and standardsResearch and develop new Cybersecurity policies and standards in line with legal and regulatory requirementsReview regulatory notifications and develop action plans to address identified gapsDesign and develop the Cybersecurity Risk Management program, analyzing results and recommending enhancements
What is Required (Qualifications):Associate’s degree with a minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience, or a combined minimum of 9 years of higher education and/or work experience, including 7 years of relevant experienceExcellent knowledge of Cybersecurity principles related to confidentiality, integrity, availability, authentication, and non-repudiationProven ability to facilitate discussions with peers, line managers, and senior managementExperience in conducting research and evaluating information for reliability and relevanceStrong communication skills to convey complex information clearly and effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):Bachelor’s degreeCertified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Certified Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC) certificationKnowledge of the organization's risk tolerance and risk management approachFamiliarity with organizational security policiesExperience in knowledge mapping and recognizing vulnerabilities in security systems
