The SharePoint Development Lead must have experience and passion for building custom solutions in Office 365, SharePoint Online and SharePoint On-Prem. This role requires the ability to translate business requirements into technology solutions, identifying the right platform in Office 365 or SharePoint to build upon, and develop high quality code using best practices. The ideal candidate will be a customer service-focused and highly motivated individual that can operate with little direction or supervision with a business priority-driven mindset.Responsibilities:

Gather business requirements, assess, design and develop using programming languages such as C#, jQuery, AngularJS, LINQ, etc., translating them into robust and scalable applications built on SharePoint & O365.Build automations and business process flows on Power Platform technology platform & Nintex hybrid platform for modern SharePoint experiences.Perform unit and integration testing of developed applications/solutions to ensure proper and efficient execution and adherence to business and technical requirements.Perform effort estimation for developing any new application or customization.Work with individuals, teams, business owners, IT, and Leadership to ensure SharePoint designs and processes satisfy business goals, make recommendations, and develop requirements for SharePoint & O365 based solutions.Debug code and troubleshoot issues to provide ongoing support for Custom and Out-Of-Box solutions/applications built on SharePoint on-prem & online.Work with technical owners and management team on extending functionality of current solutions and business processes within SharePoint (on-prem, Online & other custom app development platforms).Perform other duties, as assigned.Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Computer Science) or equivalent work experience.Knowledge/Skills & Abilities:

Minimum 5-8 Years Of Experience In…

Design & development of SharePoint and ASP.net applications.Understanding of architecture, design, development, implementation to build scalable applications within SharePoint and Azure platforms.Server side and client-side code development approaches and its implementations.Senior-Level software development skills.Application development using the following technologies: SPFx, PowerApps, Power Automate, React JS, AngularJS, jQuery, REST API, TypeQuery, GraphAPI, CSOM, C#, ASP.Net, HTML5, CSS, XML, SQL Server, and Web services.Power Platform - Power Apps, Power Automate, MS Forms, MS Teams, Streams and other 3rd party tools such as Nintex Workflows and Forms (Cloud and On-Premise) to build, manage and support custom business processes.Customizing site templates, pages and web parts.PowerShell scripting, PNP Scripting for automation of SharePoint tasks.Out of Box features, SPD workflows and knowledge on InfoPath Forms, setting up rules etc. to support legacy custom applications.Microsoft SQL and Windows servers (2012/2014/2016 and 2019), IIS, AD Domains, SSL Certs, Azure AD and other integration tools and technologies of SharePoint On-Premise & O365.Migrating sites and its content from and within SP 2013/2016/2019/SharePoint Online platforms using tool like ShareGate.IT ticketing system Service Desk, JIRA, Service Now or any other similar tool.Nice to Have:

Knowledge on Identity providers like ADFS, Okta, Site minder or any other similar enterprise products.Knowledge/Familiar with SMTP; MailForwards, F5 and other integration tools and technologies of SharePoint On-Premise.Good understanding of ITIL processes specifically Incident Management, Problem Management, Service request and Change Management.Knowledge and familiarity with admin center of M365 and its components including Teams, OneDrive, MS Streams, Planner, Dynamics 365, Security and Compliance center for audit logs and Yammer.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, MS Project.Work Conditions
