Responsible for the management of the initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and control and closure phases of assigned project.
Responsibilities:Essential Function
Project/Practice Management
Creates and executes project charter and project plan including executive summary, scope, approach, objectives, goals, milestones/deliverables, budget, and communication plan plus project plan.
Obtains signoff for charter approval, project milestones and change management documentation.
Identifies resource needs and works with managers for assignment of analysts.
Effectively manages day to day operational aspects of a project.
Provides updates to sponsors, stakeholders, project team per project communication plan.
Utilizes effective verbal and written communication to all levels within the organization.
Manages risk associated with project and escalates when appropriate to proactively manage project risk.
Identifies and manages project dependencies and critical path for project timeline.
Manages project expectations with sponsors, stakeholders, and project team.
Follows Information Technology (IT)'s Project Management methodology including requirements and workflows within ServiceNow.
Project Accounting
Manages project budget.
Directs and coordinates tasks of the project to ensure project progress stays on schedule and within budget.

Develops and presents materials as needed to pertinent Information Technology (IT) staff.
Develops and presents materials to End Users.
Job RequirementsEducation
Requires a level of knowledge normally associated with a Bachelors Degree in Health care related field or Computer Science or a minimum of 7 years experience in a job related field.
Participates in mandatory in services and continuing education programs as mandated by policies and procedures, external agencies and as directed by supervisor.
Experience
Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical experience working in Information Technology (IT) related field such as a Programmer or Analyst with Project Management focus for minimum of 2-4 years clinical experience using an Electronic Medical Record (EMR).
License/Certifications
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification strongly preferred.
Skills/Knowledge/Abilities
Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills including effective interpersonal skills.
Ability to make accurate and effective decisions at the project level.
Ability to manage work schedule, priorities and resources to achieve work goals.
