On-Site Requirements:
On-boarding will require 1-2 visits to Patuxent River, MD. Training/tasking may require occasional on-site work at Patuxent River, MD. Future on-site/telework requirements/schedules may change as additional client direction is received.Essential Functions:Plans, implements, upgrades, and monitors security measures for the protection of computer networks and information.Ensures appropriate security controls are in place to safeguard digital files and electronic infrastructure.Responds to computer security breaches and viruses.Reviews Risk Management Framework documentation.Prepares documentation related to cybersecurity, including policies, memoranda, and standard work procedures.Other duties as assigned or required.Qualifications and Experience:
Required:Experience providing information security analysis required.At least three (3) years of experience performing work related to the labor category.Security Clearance:Active Secret or Interim Secret clearance required. Requirements to obtain a clearance include US Citizenship, security investigation, etc.Education:BS degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, or Computer Science, OR has one of the identified Cybersecurity Workforce (CWF) certifications of: CHFI; CCSP; CEH; Cisco Certified CyberOps; CompTIA Security+; CompTIA Cloud+; CompTIA PenTest+; GCED; GFACT; GISF; or FITSP-O-NG required.Spalding Consulting, Inc. is committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all applicants and employees.
