Duties & Responsibilities:

Should have good knowledge of functionalities in SAP FICO and able to review solutioning/process mapping done by FICO consulting team during implementation/support project execution in the area of Finance and Accounting - General Ledger, Accounts payable, Accounts receivable, Asset Accounting, Bank accounting, Taxation, Financial reporting, costing, Management reporting and able to guide them functionally and technically.

Should have good knowledge of functionalities in SAP TRM and able to review solutioning/process mapping done by TRM consulting team during implementation/support project execution in the area of Cash & Liquidity Management.

Forex & Treasury functions, Risk Management, Money Market and Loans, Fixed Deposits & Interest swaps and able to guide them functionally and technically.

Should be able to groom Associate consultants and make them self-reliant for handling implementation projects independently.

Should have good knowledge of cross-module integration and able to help FICO, TRM consulting team for mapping of complex scenarios/processes and support them through delivery.

In the event of client escalations, should be able to present and convince client and get buy-in on the process mapped/solution offered.

Should be able to help presales team to handle client demos/system walkthrough.

Should be able to handle FICO, TRM consultant team across implementation and support projects.

Minimum Qualification:

Post Graduate/MBA/CA

Preferred age group:

36 yrs to 45 yrs

Location:

Ready to work in any location in India & abroad

Essential Requirement:

SAP Experience - 8 to 15 yrs (FICO module)

Domain experience - 3 to 5 yrs

E2E Implementation projects - At least 8 E2E implementation projects handled independently.

GST Implementation project(s) - At least 3 GST implementation projects handled independently.

HANA migration projects - At least 2 migration projects handled independently.

Team handling experience - Played Team Lead role/handled team size of minimum 3-5 persons.

Desirable Requirement:

Certifications – SAP certification

Industry experience - Real estate/Construction/Infrastructure industry

Technical Competencies:

Expertise in SAP FICO and mapping business processes in the area of Finance and Accounting - General Ledger, Accounts payable, Accounts receivable, Asset Accounting, Bank accounting, Taxation, Financial reporting, costing, Management reporting and able to functionally, technically guide/help MM consultants.

Should have good knowledge of cross-module integration and able to help FICO consulting team for mapping of complex scenarios/processes and support them through delivery.

Should be aware of the latest technology/functional upgrades in SAP.

Ability to define org structure suiting business reporting and control requirements.

Ability to guide/help FICO consultants for process mapping, Gap analysis - RICEF identification, KDS finalization, handle configurations, RICEF requirement finalization, FS to Technical team, testing and delivery of solution.

Ability to guide/help FICO consultants for data migration strategies, roles and authorization and resolving complex issues during AMC support/post go live support.
