Come join us as we build a best-in-class global multi-disciplinary team across artificial intelligence, machine learning, design, advanced software and hardware engineering, strategy, venture investments, sales, marketing, and partnerships.Come join Kohler Ventures as a Sr. iOS Engineer.In your role as Senior iOS Engineer at Kohler Ventures you will:Work directly with the Head of Software, software engineering team, and product teams.Design mobile architecture that can scale with the business growth of Kohler Ventures.Build the forward-looking vision and lead the effort to understand and drive requirements with hardware/software teams.Coordinate with product development teams to execute rollout/adoption of common libraries, services, and patterns.Measurably improve code normalization across one or more critical code concerns throughout the codebase.Skills/RequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline.5+ years of experience in software design and development for iOS platform.Comprehensive expertise in mobile application technologies, with a solid grasp of communication protocols and functions.Utilize your expertise in SwiftUI to craft responsive high-performance apps.Availability to work outside of standard business hours as needed to collaborate with teams across multiple time zones.Minimal travel, both domestic and international, if required.Proficiency in pairing, configuring, and ensuring quality experiences with Bluetooth peripheral devices, ensuring seamless integration and performance.Champion for quality in code, processes, and culture.Strong ability to communicate complex technical and management information clearly and concisely.We will consider applicants requiring sponsorship for this opportunity.The approved base salary range for this position is $114,500 - $145,450. The actual base salary offered to a candidate may be higher than the approved range. This will vary depending on a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. This position is subject to Area Salary Differential (Cost of Living Adjustment) that ranges from 16% of base salary for the NYC metro area. The approved base salary range including ASD for this position is $132,820 - $170,000 depending on location. In addition, this position is eligible for a performance bonus and a special project incentive.
