Job DescriptionYou will use your several years' worth of Acquisition Professional experience to provide assistance in analyzing and developing improved policies, plans, methods, procedures, and systems of acquisition management programs.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

Current TS/SCI with active Poly

Several years of demonstrated combined experience in DoD acquisition management, program management, and/or contract management.

A Bachelor’s Degree in an acquisition related field is required.

In lieu of the Bachelor’s degree, Project Management Institute PMP certification, or Contract Manager CPCM certification, or DAWIA Level III in any other focus area and an additional three (3) years of directly related experience.

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

Working knowledge and/or experience with current NSA business management processes and procedures.

A thorough understanding of DoD and NSA Acquisition Program Framework.

Experience preparing and formatting Program Management Reviews (PMRs) and Quarterly Program Review (QPR) briefing packages.

Work experience using the DAMIR reporting tool and preparation of related program reports (DAES, POM).

Experience working within a dynamic multi-task, multi-suspense environment across organizations and at all levels within an organization.

Prepare non-complex requisitions (for purchase orders and simplified acquisitions) in NSA’s financial management system (currently FACTS), or assist other requestors in the timely development, tracking and monitoring of requisitions through approval and certification cycles.

Prepare non-complex Military Interdepartmental Purchase Requests (MIPR) and Economy Act Orders (EAO), and requisitions associated with MIPRs and EAOs in NSA’s financial management system (currently FACTS).

Advise in the interpretation and tailoring of DoD/NSA acquisition regulations/memorandums, and ensure affordable, supportable and effective systems are delivered to the customer.

Assist the Government with coordination and advice in the areas of acquisition and program management for DoD ACAT I, II, and III and NSA Tier I and Tier II Programs.
