Global Power Components is a privately held, growing manufacturer of UL heavy gauge steel fuel tanks, trailers, large generator enclosures and modular metal enclosures for housing fully equipped electrical distribution and control equipment.In 2018 we moved operations into a newly renovated 300,000 sq. foot facility on 51st Street that will foster our continued growth as we continue to be recognized as the undisputed leaders in our industry.As a result of continued growth, we are seeking an IT Systems Engineer to join our team.
Please note this role is 100% onsite.
Responsibilities:
Create and Deploy Microsoft MDM / Intune PoliciesAdminister Azure and Office 365 environmentsOversee and manage server and domain infrastructuresEnsure network and system securityInstall, configure, and maintain hardware and softwareTroubleshoot and resolve complex system issuesCreate and maintain comprehensive system documentation and reportsCollaborate with cross-functional teamsAdapt quickly to evolving technologiesManage backup and disaster recovery strategiesOther miscellaneous tasks as assigned
Qualifications:Bachelors in Comp Sci, or other IT related field preferred3+ years in system administration or similar experienceAdvanced knowledge in Azure / O365 / Intune MDMExtensive experience with domains and server infrastructuresKnowledge of computer systems and softwareKnowledge of network and system securityFamiliarity with hardware and software installationStrong communication skillsAble to work independently and as part of a teamAble to learn quickly and adapt to changing technology
