Job Description

We use customer research and customer behavior analysis to develop new feature ideas and we test them through hundreds of A/B experiments each year. This immense amount of data allows us to leverage machine learning and large language models to build smarter and more personalized experiences for our customers across a wide variety of categories, from instant video and Kindle books to apparel and electronics.
