The Worldwide Specialist Organization (WWSO) works backwards from our customer’s most complex and business critical problems to build and execute go-to-market plans that turn AWS ideas into multi-billion-dollar businesses. WWSO teams are made up of specialists with deep technology and industry expertise who help carry their fields into the future. As part of WWSO, you'll provide expertise across the entire life cycle of an AWS customer initiative, from developing ideas for new services to accelerating the adoption of established businesses.
Within the Worldwide GenAI GTM team, this position is a part of the Amazon Bedrock Go-To-Market (GTM) Specialist team, where you will lead GTM strategy for Independent Software Vendors (ISVs). We define go-to-market (GTM) strategy for Amazon Bedrock and lead cross-functional initiatives to expand existing markets, develop scalable programs to drive adoption, and identify new opportunities. We create sales plays, leverage partners, and build new initiatives that drive results for our customers. We provide critical feedback from customers to inform our product roadmap, and work closely with our partner network to build an ecosystem supporting our customers’ goals.
Key job responsibilities:
Lead Amazon Bedrock for ISVs GTM to orchestrate sales motions for sales, marketing, partner, product, training, and professional services teams to accelerate adoption of your aligned technology domain.Leverage your deep domain expertise to create best-in-class field enablement and sales strategy.Support field teams in solution building for high priority customers.Bring market signals back to product teams to drive innovation on AWS product roadmaps.Own reporting and planning cadences to AWS executives on GTM plan execution.Demonstrate thought leadership and be able to credibly represent AWS at industry events, conferences, symposiums, etc.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of relevant GTM, Sales, or Consulting experience- 2+ years of experience with machine learning, AI, or GenAI/LLM in a business development/partner capacity.- Experience interfacing with GenAI/ML customers and partners, with deep understanding of GenAI market landscape, ecosystem, and ability to articulate technology and value proposition.- Hands-on understanding of deep learning and other ML algorithms with hands-on experience running pilots and POCs to demonstrate capabilities to prospects.- BA/BS degree required.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication (both written and verbal) skills.- Experience communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders across multiple teams, as well as internal and external executive stakeholders.- Established track record of credibility as a technology advisor with customer executives (e.g. CEO, COO, CIO, CTO, CMO), building close relationships, and closing large revenue accounts.- Experience and success in negotiating complex deals with customers and partners. You've not only carried quotas, you've consistently exceeded them by doing the right thing for your customer.- Deep understanding of cloud technologies, including public and hybrid cloud platforms.- Technical background in engineering, computer science, or MIS a plus.- Recognized industry expertise in AI/ML with proven public speaking and media prowess.Amazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
