A qualified candidate would have both proven experience with technology and outstanding personal communication skills.Duties & ResponsibilitiesNew User Onboarding & OffboardingTroubleshooting and managing Windows Servers and Active DirectoryMaintaining Local Area NetworksImplementing and monitoring network securityOptimizing and maintaining network software and hardwareBuilding and deploying file servers and cloud computing solutionsConfiguring and deploying VOIP solutions for new usersPerforming network infrastructure troubleshootingManage Microsoft Exchange ServerAbility to use various messages in an event log to affect repairs.On occasions, receive escalated service requests requiring an enhanced response.Qualifications & RequirementsMinimum of 3 years hands-on experience configuring, troubleshooting and repairing networking equipment, Windows servers and workstations, Exchange server and Active DirectoryExcellent verbal and written communication skillsPossesses strong time-management skillsResults-oriented, self-motivated, energetic, professional, reliable, and a team playerStrong understanding of technology and business productivity systemsAbility to problem solve at a high level, extraordinary customer service skills, strong multi-tasking, and organizational skillsExperience with RMM (remote monitoring and management) & PSA (ticketing system), such as
