An experienced Product Security Architect with a proven track record in managing and directing complex security initiatives. As the Leader in the Cybersecurity organization, you will play a pivotal role in driving our security transformation, evaluating security controls, and identifying opportunities to enhance our security posture. You are strategic and forward-thinking, with the ability to guide and mentor a high-performing team. You communicate effectively across all levels of management to articulate vision and direction.Synopsys is seeking a Product Security Architect to join our team. You will be responsible for the creation and implementation of product security architectures, programs, processes, and engagement. The Synopsys Information Enterprise Security Engineering team helps the organization transform and securely build what's next for the business. Key areas will include security architecture, design, security reviews, security testing, security automation, security research & development, and managing the secure software development lifecycle and associated controls to create and implement a comprehensive security strategy for the company's products. This role guides and defines overarching technical product security strategies and knows enterprise security best practices and requirements to ensure Synopsys solutions are designed and implemented to the highest security standards and are differentiated in the marketplace.What You’ll Be Doing:

Leading the product security processes for Synopsys.Implementing the Product Security policies across the organization and ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.Guiding new product development activities on designing Security and Privacy requirements into the products to protect customers and Synopsys.Consulting with new product development teams to implement state-of-the-art Security Engineering & Architecture requirements.Ensuring Product Security support for products pre- and post-market.Providing strong leadership to drive the development of security architectural specifications that can be leveraged across the enterprise to cloud security based on Synopsys Product & Platform Architecture.Developing and maintaining a product security architecture process that enables the enterprise to develop and implement security solutions and capabilities that are clearly aligned with business, technology, and threat drivers.Providing input into local, global, and corporate processes, representing the function on review boards and teams.Developing all approaches and go-forward plans in collaboration with business stakeholders and initiative partners across business divisions and functions.Liaising with other security architects and security practitioners to share best practices and insights.Engaging in and possibly leading internal and external audits with regulatory representatives, providing effective narrative and description of topics of expertise and overview of the business. Managing audit logistics and/or preparation.Defining training requirements on Product Security and providing training.Conducting architectural design with a focus on planning, deploying, and supporting cloud management platform improvements including self-services, orchestration, automation, reporting, and integration.Coaching and mentoring others in Product Security topics and activities.The Impact You Will Have:

Driving the security transformation within Synopsys by implementing robust security architectures and frameworks.Enhancing the security posture of Synopsys' products, ensuring they meet the highest security standards.Mentoring and guiding a team of security professionals to achieve organizational goals.Influencing new product developments to incorporate security and privacy requirements from the outset.Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards, thereby protecting Synopsys and its customers.Contributing to the overall enterprise security strategy, ensuring it aligns with business objectives and threat landscapes.What You’ll Need:

Bachelor of Science in product security, computer science, mathematics, statistics, or related field with applicable product security work experience.Ten (10) years of experience in hands-on technology implementation across a heterogeneous landscape of technology.Ten (10) years of experience providing product security architecture responsibilities in an enterprise international organization.Strong knowledge of Product Security Concepts (e.g., Data Security and Privacy, Security Engineering and Architecture, Security Assurance).Understanding of US and International Product Security Regulations and Standards.Who You Are:
