Fuel Handling Equipment Delivery Manager
The Fuel Handling Equipment Delivery Manager will oversee the planning, coordination and execution of fuel handling equipment delivery and integration processes for TerraPower’s Natrium project. This role ensures that equipment is delivered on time, meets quality standards, and is seamlessly integrated with the plant’s operations.
Responsibilities
Develop the process for developing and managing detailed project plans for fuel handling equipment and component delivery and integration.
Coordinate with subcontracted resources, partner engineers, logistics teams, and internal departments to ensure timely and efficient delivery of fuel handling equipment.
Establish quality control standards for delivered equipment.
Oversee the development of guidance for logistics of equipment transportation, ensuring proper handling and timely arrival.
Coordinate with engineering and operations teams to manage the installation and commissioning processes for fuel handling equipment.
Ensure all delivery and integration activities comply with nuclear regulatory requirements and safety standards.
Lead and mentor a team of professionals involved in the delivery and integration process for fuel handling equipment.
Key Qualifications and Skills
B.S. in Engineering or related discipline from an accredited university and 10+ years direct experience with equipment delivery, logistics, or project management.
5+ years in a combined technical leadership role.
Experience working to quality standard, such as ASME NQA-1 or ISO 9001.
Exceptional communication skills to integrate with a geographically and organizationally diverse engineering team.
Ability to manage numerous competing priorities concurrently.

Salary Range Level 12: $163,702 - $226,844
Salary Range Level 13: $187,088 - $268,939
