Broadstep’s Illinois programs provide comprehensive behavioral health services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, mental illness, and other diagnoses that may impact their behaviors. We are a family-friendly, individual-focused behavioral healthcare program of group homes and vocational day programs.Responsibilities:

Develop and implement individualized plans of careConduct assessments and evaluations to identify service needsMonitor and document the progress of individualsAdvocate for individuals in various settingsProvide training and guidance to families in the care of individualsEnsure that all services are provided in a safe and secure environmentParticipate in interdisciplinary teams to coordinate servicesProvide guidance and support to individuals and families regarding services and resourcesRequired Education/Experience/Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in a Human Services field or related fieldMinimum two years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilitiesCurrent certification as a QIDP preferred (Must meet eligibility for certification).Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations regarding services for individuals with disabilitiesExcellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsAble to work independently and as part of a teamAble to work with a diverse populationWhat We Offer/Benefits:
