You will be the Simulation and System Labs Advanced Development Programs (ADP) Senior Manager. This position is responsible for development of ADP labs, lab procurement and multi-spectral stimulator procurement.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Simulation and System Labs ADP Senior Manager you will be responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, recognition/disciplinary actions, and Laboratory skills competency development. Your responsibilities will also include:Managing development and modernization of ADP labsManaging laboratory procurement for lab products across all Lines of Business (LOBs) labs including Integrated Fighter Group (IFG), F-35, ADP, Air Mobility & Maritime Missions (AMMM) and Business Development assetsManaging multi-spectral lab stimulator procurement activities across LOB labs.Manage the control accounts, schedule/cost/technical risks, and technical oversight of the development and operation of the systems integration laboratories and will be the key interface point with multiple ADP program offices and other internal and external stakeholders.

Who You Are

You will have knowledge of hardware-in-the-loop systems integration labs and experience with development and standup of laboratories. You will have frequent and effective interaction with internal and external customers, technical staff, and leadership up to and including the Vice President level.

Basic Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or similar degree.Demonstrated leadership skills and experience.Earned Value Management training and/or Control Account experience.Secret Clearance Required to start.

Desired Skills:Experience across multiple technical disciplines to provide a full system and support solution to customers.Simulation and Systems Integration Lab experience.Experience communicating effectively with senior and executive level management (VP and Director) and customers.Ability to obtain Top Secret and SAP/SAR Clearances.

Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.Work Schedules:

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.Schedule for this Position:
